Love, Love this place. Didn’t want to leave. My children loved it here. The room was huge. Everybody was so friendly. The pool was great. Booked last minute because issues with a different hotel and was so glad I did. Felt like luxury on a dime. Love that it had it own entrance to the CVS next to it. Hotel has a lot to offer. Will be staying here again when I come back to Kentucky. Best hotel I have stayed in by far. Valet was so nice and easy. Never had to wait long for my car. I really enjoyed that part(so did my kids). The young lady at the front desk was so nice, and personable I really wish I got her name. She was fairly new but helped me do nicely.

The room was clean and spacious. The beds could be a bit more comfortable, seemed like the mattress needed replacing but the overall room was lovely and great for our group. The hotel itself was always great and convenient within walking distance to lots of attractions. The breakfast was hearty and a great value.

The staff was great-super friendly and helpful with any questions we had, and had great recommendations! The breakfast was delicious and everything was well stocked. The room we were in was way more spacious than expected (room 756). Very good location-practically at Fourth Street Live! Within walking distance to numerous restaurants and things to do.

2 room suite available that could sleep 5 with small living room separate from bedroom. The HVAC system was consistent and quiet. Bed and pillows comfortable. Room and hallways overall quiet except for occasional siren. Fortunately we had an outdoor view (but at first were assigned to an atrium view which I would not have been thrilled with… strange they are the same category). Full buffet breakfast included in a huge breakfast room… featuring a variety of items plus made to order omelets. Did not get a chance to try the evening reception with free drinks, though that was a nice option too. CVS pharmacy attached to hotel(although shelves quite empty and many items locked up). Within a 10 min walk of many restaurants and the Slugger & Ali museums. 10 min drive to Churchill Downs. Building is an old department store but overall in good condition. Staff was friendly. Quickly brought up extra blankets for couch.

Absolutely love the evening reception with two complimentary drinks and snacks. It's a great way to unwind after a day of buzzing around town. The breakfast is wonderful. Lots of options and the staff is always busy and pleasant. Great proximity to everything in Louisville. We travel alot and The Embassy Suites in Louisville is truly one of our very favorite places!

We really enjoyed the complementary free drinks during happy hour. The breakfast was exceptional. The food was really good, and the hotel offered a large variety of food to choose from. The room was listed as a king suite, and it was plenty enough room to move around in. It had a large walk-in bathroom, closets, and living area. This hotel did not disappoint, and we have stayed there twice now while visiting Louisville. Great hotel and great location to 4th St live.

Centrally located next to 4th street live entertainment area. Also within walking distance of whiskey row on Main Street and the river boat. Many Places for bourbon tasting. Very comfortable and spacious hotel with good breakfast included. Also had a two drink per person reception included each day at 5pm.
