2 room suite available that could sleep 5 with small living room separate from bedroom. The HVAC system was consistent and quiet. Bed and pillows comfortable. Room and hallways overall quiet except for occasional siren. Fortunately we had an outdoor view (but at first were assigned to an atrium view which I would not have been thrilled with… strange they are the same category). Full buffet breakfast included in a huge breakfast room… featuring a variety of items plus made to order omelets. Did not get a chance to try the evening reception with free drinks, though that was a nice option too. CVS pharmacy attached to hotel(although shelves quite empty and many items locked up). Within a 10 min walk of many restaurants and the Slugger & Ali museums. 10 min drive to Churchill Downs. Building is an old department store but overall in good condition. Staff was friendly. Quickly brought up extra blankets for couch.

We really enjoyed the complementary free drinks during happy hour. The breakfast was exceptional. The food was really good, and the hotel offered a large variety of food to choose from. The room was listed as a king suite, and it was plenty enough room to move around in. It had a large walk-in bathroom, closets, and living area. This hotel did not disappoint, and we have stayed there twice now while visiting Louisville. Great hotel and great location to 4th St live.

The room (double queen) was very spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel was kept clean. The breakfast buffet was very good with nice freshly made omelettes and good strong coffee available.

Centrally located next to 4th street live entertainment area. Also within walking distance of whiskey row on Main Street and the river boat. Many Places for bourbon tasting. Very comfortable and spacious hotel with good breakfast included. Also had a two drink per person reception included each day at 5pm.

Breakfast selections were top rate, we really enjoyed the cuisine. The suite was spacious and very comfortable, it really did not feel like a hotel room. The bed was soft and comfortable.

The room was so big and the beds incredible. The complimentary breakfast was fantastic. They will make you a fresh omelette! They also do a reception in the evening with free drinks. Overall it was a great stay!

We were so surprised at the great location. Lots of fun things to do and lots of dining options. The evening reception was such a nice way to wind down the day and getting ready for the evening. We will definitely be back.

ot any fault of the hotel, but due to the issue with computers going down all over the world (on July 19th), they were handling all room reservations by hand and did not know who had reservations etc and sold out by the time we got there. They were accommodating in finding us another hotel close by for the two nights we had booked.
